Consumer Psychology & AI in Modern Marketing

The College of Business at the Abu Dhabi Campus hosted a lecture titled “Mastering Attention: Consumer Psychology and AI in Modern Marketing,” delivered by Engineer Ahmed Alkhawaja, Performance Management Expert at ADNOC Group and Founder of Mezna AI.

The lecture discussed how consumer psychology can be integrated with AI tools to reshape the ways brands attract and maintain consumer attention. It also highlighted key cognitive and emotional drivers that influence consumer behavior, while presenting examples of AI applications that enhance the effectiveness and precision of marketing campaigns.

Through interactive discussions, students gained a deeper understanding of the intersection between technology and psychology in developing impactful marketing strategies.

Organized by Prof. Rania Moustafa, the lecture aimed to equip students with advanced knowledge and practical frameworks on how to leverage psychology and AI to design effective marketing strategies that enhance engagement, trust, and brand loyalty.
