Biography

Dr. Iffat Sabiris associated with Al Ain University since 2019. Currently, she serves as the Dean of the College of Business and an Associate Professor of Management. She has over fifteen years of academic and leadership experience across the UAE, Oman, and Pakistan. Her work spans teaching, research, programme development, quality assurance, and international accreditation. Dr. Chaudhry holds a Ph.D. in Management from UK. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA) and holds the SHRM-SCP professional certification. Her research interests include organizational behaviour & leadership, human-centered AI, and equity in higher education.. She has contributed to academic scholarship through edited books, book chapters, and publications in peer-reviewed journals.

As Dean, she is committed to academic excellence, international academic standards, industry-academia collaboration, and business education that responds to emerging global challenges. She advocates integrating sustainability, responsible management, and experiential learning into business curricula. She is a lead of the Women Leadership Forum and Co-Chair of the PRME Global Women and Leadership Working Group. Guided by her commitment to impact, sustainability, and compassion, she seeks to empower individuals and institutions to advance inclusive leadership and create meaningful change.
