Research Interests
My research interests focus on theories and concepts to maintain competitiveness and promote organisational fitness and agility in the era of disruptive change (i.e., RBV, VRIO, MBV, and double-loop learning).The main aim of my research is to focus on understanding innovative behaviour in organisations and the factors that influence this behaviour.
