Research Interests
My research interests focus on theories and concepts that maintain competitiveness and promote organizational fitness and agility in the era of disruptive change (i.e., RBV, VRIO, MBV, and double-loop learning).The main aim of my research is to understand innovative behaviour in organizations and the factors that influence this behaviour.
