The College of Business organises a workshop on Hierarchical Models
The research committee of the College of Business at Al Ain University, organized a workshop entitled Multilevel/Hierarchical Models with Applications to Panel/Longitudinal Data, for its faculty members from both campuses, delivered by Dr. Kilani Ghoudi, Professor of Statistics, College of Business and Economics, United Arab Emirates University.
The workshop, paved through multilevel models and their use in different areas of research, including panel or longitudinal data. It started by defining these models and then discussed their applications. It was followed by hands on applications using SPSS. Interpretation of results and presentation in high impact factor journals was illustrated.
This was the second in the series of Contemporary Research Methodology Workshops that the college organizes. Where the main objective behind this activity was to take the business college faculty research to the next level.
