AAU –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a lecture entitled “Organization's Culture”
The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a lecture entitled “Organization's Culture”, in collaboration with the Community Engagement Committee in the College of Business Administration. The lecture was presented by Mrs. Shatha Rashed, and it was attended by a number of faculty and students of the college.
Mrs. Rashid talked about the organizational culture and pointed out that it is important for companies to build a strong social system and to achieve a better work place by providing stabled environment which will have a significant impact on the employees and their productivity. She also she talked about culture, its characteristics, establishment, and the preservation methods.
